We offer home sellers an alternative to traditional real estate firms that charge clients 5-6% commissions. We do this by either listing your home for $2,000 (if you’re buying another home with us) or by listing for $4,500 (if you aren’t purchasing another home).

Let's face it, pictures are the most important marketing of a home so we leave it to the pros. You'll have up to 100 professional photos of your home provided with us for no extra fee!
Marketing on All Real Estate Websites
Your home will be listed on the Triangle MLS which feeds out to hundreds of websites, including Realtor.com & Zillow. This ensures your home has the exposure it needs to sell.
Value and Pricing Analysis
Our listing specialist will come to your home to evaluate what your home is worth. While Zestimates and automated valuations are helpful, they can't replace a professional's analysis of the market & what it means for your home.
Negotiations on Your Behalf
We will handle all the paperwork and negotiations on your behalf. We've negotiated hundreds of deals so we know that selling your home is more than getting you just the best sales price.
